Quilters Anonymous Guild is excited to announce that our 41st Quilt Show, Cascade of Quilts, will be held March 17-19, 2023, at the Evergreen State Fairgrounds in Monroe, WA. The QA Quilt Show is the largest quilt show in western Washington and has more than 2,000 visitors each year.
Please click on the Register button to the left to apply for a booth for our Merchant Mall. Our process is to apply for consideration, get accepted for the upcoming show, complete and submit your registration with full payment.
To complete the application process you need:
- Your booth size preference for 1st and 2nd choice
- A photo of your booth (this is not a mandatory field but is helpful)
- Brief description of your booth to include types of items for sale

Application deadline August 15 -- Waitlist now open
Notification of acceptance by September 1 for initial round
Registration and payment Must be received by October 1 for initial round

The selection committee will do its best to accommodate booth size preferences. Please apply early as applications are considered in the order in which they are received.
NO payment is necessary at this time. Payment will be required with your registration, when you will have the opportunity to offer a live demonstration during the quilt show.
All merchants will be notified by September 1 of the decision. Merchants who are offered a space will be asked to register and send full payment once they have been notified.
Booth set up will take place on Thursday, March 16, 2023 and takedown will be after the show closes at 4 p.m. Sunday. Additional details will be sent after you register and submit payment.
